Britney Spears has hit a potential snag in her month-long Australian tour after the South Wales Minister for Fair Trading, Virginia Judge, voiced concerns that fans may be misled to the nature of the "live" performance. I mean, it's live in that Britney will physically be there -- what, you actually want her to sing too?

"It is Britney's 'prerogative' to lip-sync, and it is my job to make sure consumers know what they are paying for up front," Judge said in a statement released by the government.
