Pete and Ashlee Are Not Helping
The anti-Proposition 8 movement was apparently sorely lacking credibility, so Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson-Wentz have thankfully stepped up to the plate to take part in a photo shoot for "NOH8," a campaign in support of overturning the proposition. Because what says "I support gay marriage" like looking all lame and emo and drawing a bunch of crap on your face in dry erase markers? I mean, if they wrote a bunch of crap on their faces with a Sharpie® then we'd at least know they were really serious about the cause. That could literally take days to wash off.Ashlee taking a break from beating bitches up to spend time with the fam:

they showed their support for gay rights when they exchanged vows dumbass, they are IN a gay marriage.... DUH hes gay, too afraid to come out so he married what he perceived as an attractive girl, one that would meet the approval of young boys everywhere and with that approval he appeals to those hes really tryin to get at....... its pretty simple really, page right outta the michael jackson book of the perks of stardom it is...
I've never had strong feelings one way or the other about Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson (Simpson-Wentz?) either as a couple or seperately but the site's continual criticism of them is really starting to get stale. They get points with me for being willing to put their names behind a good cause and more importantly they put their money into the causes. I have yet to see any reasonable explanation for what this pair has done to earn such irritation from websters/pajiba.
