I used to think she was homely as hell in the original 90210, but she's manage to make her younger self look very pretty.
She has pectus excavatum (a concave chest wall) so her implants don't sit as they normally would if she has a normal chest wall. The fact that she has lost so much weight mean that she's lost some breast tissue so the implants are much more pronounced. If/When she regains weight they will look better.
