I may be wrong, but it seems like Stacey's comment at the end was SARCASTIC. Jessica may have packed on some serious pudge, but obviously she's not THAT big. It's no secret that JS is loathed by most on this site, but this particular post seems to be laughing more at the people raging about her weight gain and less about Jessica.
