Satire Defined
The use of humor, irony, exaggeration, or ridicule to expose and criticize people's stupidity or vices, particularly in the context of contemporary politics and other topical issues.
Paris Hilton hosted a Halloween bash at Las Vegas hot spot LAX Wednesday night, seemingly making her best attempt at
satire by dressing in a "jail whore" costume. Oh Paris, bless your stupid, slutty heart -- but do you hear that? That's the sound of no one laughing. While you were subjected to the horrors of minimum security, the rest of the world was subjected to up to the minute updates on the theatrics being carried out at said minimum security prison. The only way this costume could have been even
remotely funny is if Paris were wearing an unflattering orange jumpsuit with messy hair and crying the whole time -- and maybe carrying around a bologna sandwich that she was periodically forced to ingest bites of. Or maybe just a bag over her head and a sign around her neck that said, "My existence is meaningless." Ah well, there's always next year.
Hey, look - it's Paris Hilton at the Disney Halloween Party:

You know, the costume loses all it's impact when you are an ACTUAL herpetic whore.
Of course it would be utterly useless to explain this to her.
I'd say it's the pedophilia reference that makes this funny.
Even funnier are the full body pics that proudly display her huge feet. I think the reason she's always wearing whore shoes is that she has to shop at drag stores just to find boats that will fit those puppies.
