Well, we all know Britney Spears is handicapped on some level, but unfortunately for Brit -- it's not the kind of handicapped that gets you a sweet sticker on your car that let's you park wherever you want. But who are we kidding? It's Britney, bitch! And who is Britney Spears to let silly things like "stickers" and "laws" prevent her from getting choice parking? So it should come as no surprise that the poptardlet was seen parking her white Mercedes illegally in a spot reserved for disabled drivers at a Tanning Plus in Studio City, California, over the weekend.

The real travesty here is the poor old ladies, cerebral palsy and multiple sclerosis patients who had to miss their fake bake because some asshole was parked in their spot. Just to be fair to Britney though, I'm pretty sure she was drunk at the time.
